What do you want your audience to do after they read your social media posts? Is your goal to have your customers break down your doors after they read about your black Friday specials? Or is your goal to have your followers simply comment on, like, and share your posts? Always try to think one step ahead of your followers and ask yourself “what will they will do next after reading this?”
Share – Is the experience you’re offering to your customers exceptional enough for them to share with their communities?
